Top O' the Mill Restaurant & Bar Layout & Rental
The standard rental fee is $2,500.00 plus a refundable $1,000.00 security fee; we are open to budget discussions based on the cost of the menu selected. The rental fee covers set up, break down, tables and chairs, as well as all linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware. It also includes chaircovers and a public address system. Please note that, unlike the Heritage Auditorium, no external catering is allowed into the restaurant.
Heritage Auditorium Layout & Rental
$3,000.00 plus a $1,000.00 refundable security fee. This includes set up, break down, tables and chairs ONLY. We also provide table linen, chaircovers, a public address system, presentation equipment (screen, projector, flipchart and markers, et cetera) and large plants for rental.
